Unfortunately, we became victims of the worst customer treatment in aviation history by Air New Zealand and we were left stranded in Tokyo. It is our goal to have Air New Zealand rectify their mistake in the near future so we can come back and do the show. We would like to thank all fans in Japan and Australia for showing up in great numbers and showing such massive support. Thank you."
